At SlushyTees, we aim to process your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for more information on how we handle and ship your orders.
General Information
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, please allow up to 2 weeks for manufacturing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delays:
Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes, seasonal demands, and carrier delays due to events such as weather. Please consider these delays when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date during these periods.
International Shipping
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
International shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware of potential delays due to customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
SlushyTees is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Address Changes
We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed. Once an order is confirmed, it immediately enters our processing system to ensure timely shipping and delivery. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SlushyTees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
For details on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a refund and place a new order.
Parcels Marked as 'Return to Sender'
If your parcel cannot be delivered by the courier for any reason, it will be marked as 'return to sender'. Common reasons for this include:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the item from the post office within the given time frame
- Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
- Refusal of delivery of the package
If your parcel has been marked as 'return to sender,' we offer the following options:
1. Replacement Package:
We can send a replacement package at the customer’s expense. A 10% processing fee of the order value will apply. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
2. Refund:
At SlushyTees, we do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be refunded. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our No Refunds Policy.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Important Note:
The original shipping cost is not refundable if the package is returned to the sender due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to pick up the parcel from your local postal office
- Failure to arrange customs clearance payment
- Refusal of delivery
