At SlushyTees, we do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be refunded. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our No Refunds Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at support@slushytees.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement item or store credit.
Cancellations
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Return Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not the item you ordered).
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
